2023 Theresa Noelle Vineyard
Mouthwatering Pinot Noir from Sta. Rita Hills. This delightful Pinot Noir is exceptionally balanced and is a perfect blend of bright fruit notes and hints savory and earthy aromatics.
Vineyard:
One of our favorite Pinot Noir vineyards. Theresa Noelle is in the Sta. Rita Hills at the top of Sweeney Canyon. The vineyard is on western edge of the Sta. Rita Hills and is in a perfect south-facing location.
Winemaking:
The fruit underwent a seven-day cold soak prior to a fourteen-day fermentation. The wine was then gently pressed and transferred into neutral French oak barrels.
